Returns must be processed within 60 days and must contain the original product sealed and in good condition. All returns are placed through a quality check; if the seal is broken, product is missing or altered in any way then a return will not be issued. Returns are processed Monday- Friday. Returns need to include the original packing slip or a piece of paper indicating full name and address.
